Guitar, Piano, Upright Bass, Drum, Trumpet

Stephen Prontnicki's musical career began at an early age. Growing up in a family of seven, Steve began playing the trumpet in grade school, and from there his musical roots continued to grow. From the theatrical performances of high school, to his guitar training at Settlement Music School, Stephen continued to develop as a musician and a performer. He attended Montgomery County Community College, where he studied pieces by Bach, Brouwer, and Tarrega. Steve then furthered his musical education by earning his Bachelor of Music in Jazz Performance at West Chester University. His studies there included music theory, composition, classical guitar, and jazz history studies, and he also sang in the college choir.

Steve has taught students of varying ages, skill levels, and musical goals since 2007. He is adept at getting to know his students and customizing his lessons to best meet their needs, taking into account their strengths and weaknesses as well as their interests and learning style. Steve offers guitar lessons to beginner through advanced students, and instructs beginner-level students on the piano, upright bass, trumpet, and drums.
